How does pricing work?+
Prices are per vehicle, not per person — so the more of you there are, the better the value. The price shown for each tour is a starting "from" price covering private transport and, where stated, an English-speaking guide and entrance fees; tell us your group size and we will confirm the exact quote.
Is the tour really private?+
Yes. Every tour is private to your group only — no strangers sharing the vehicle. You set the pace and we can adjust stops along the way.
Do you pick up from my hotel?+
Yes, hotel pickup and drop-off in Almaty is included in all tours.
How do I pay?+
There is no online payment. You send a request, we confirm availability and the details with you, and payment is arranged directly (cash or local transfer). No deposit is taken on the website.
How far in advance should I book?+
The earlier the better, especially in peak season (summer and autumn). That said, we often accommodate next-day requests — just message us on WhatsApp.
What should I bring?+
Comfortable shoes, a jacket (mountain weather changes quickly), water and snacks. Lunch is usually not included unless stated.
